From Run Down to Renewed with Denise and Mackenzi is a gathering place for weary hearts. Denise and Mackenzi are deeply committed to creating a Christ-centered community where women feel seen, supported, and reminded that they don’t have to walk through their weariness alone. Through honest conversations, biblical truth, and real-life encouragement, they gently guide women back to the fullness of life found in Jesus.
Whether they’re speaking at events, leading conferences, sharing stories on the podcast, or connecting one-on-one, their heartbeat is the same: to lift up women, strengthen their faith, and point every heart back to the hope, freedom, and renewal that can only be found in Christ.

We are on a mission to empower women through faith. To help cultivate a Christ-centered community, where women can deepen their understanding of the Gospel, foster spiritual growth, and be equipped to be disciples in their homes, communities, & beyond.

MEET DENISE
Denise Stiffler is a dedicated mom, inspiring speaker, podcast co-host, author, and passionate advocate for women’s healing. As a certified life coach, Denise specializes in helping women heal from toxic and harmful relationships. Through her coaching, she empowers women to reclaim their worth, rediscover their voice, and step into the fulfilling life they deserve. Her mission is clear: to guide women out of survival mode and into a life of purpose, confidence, and joy.
MEET MACKENZI
I am first and foremost a child of the King—everything else in my life flows from that identity. I’m a wife, mom, teacher, homeschooler, author, and a life and mindset coach with a deep passion for seeing women healed and renewed. I love being out in nature; the Lord and gives me the sweetest analogies for life. Being near water brings me peace, and creating brings me joy—I hand-draw custom designs directly onto hats as a way to express the creativity God placed in me. I love to pray and to intercede for others. From Run Down to Renewed Ministries was birthed out of my own healing from past traumas and the realization that if I was walking through these battles, other women must be, too. This is a space where women can talk about the hard things, be vulnerable, and truly heal. We don’t have to stay stuck—God calls us to continually renew our minds, reject the lies of the enemy, and embrace His truth. I believe with my whole heart that God still heals, restores, and renews, and that He has called us to live abundantly—right here, right now.
